Grok Juice
2 oz Myer's dark rum1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz Angostura bitters
This is a variation on a recipe for Planter's punch. Enjoy. Adjust simple syrup to taste as this can be very sweet.In mixing container of choice, combine rum, lime juice, bitters and simple syrup (created by heating equal parts sugar and water until sugar is completely dissolved) and shake with ice. Serve. Garnish with maraschino cherries (optional).
